Abhyanga, derived from Sanskrit, translates to ‘massaging the body’s limbs’ or ‘radiant body.’ It entails a revitalizing warm herbal oil massage, rooted in Ayurvedic tradition. Abhyanga is believed to restore equilibrium, enhance blood and lymphatic circulation, facilitate detoxification, and alleviate stress.

Discover the three Dosha types, representing an individual’s constitution, body type, or innate energetic makeup. Learn the art of tailoring a personalized Abhyanga massage for clients based on their Prakriti (natural state) and Vikriti (imbalance), guiding them with compassion towards homeostasis.
