Description

The student will learn how to determine numbness, tingling, or altered sensation in the arm and hand to better assist the client.

These symptoms can vary from a mild annoyance to intense discomfort, which affects the client’s ability to perform simple daily tasks. Since the majority of nerve compression is caused by tight muscles, massage therapy for nerve compression is extremely effective in relieving symptoms to gain a better sense and form of functionality.
