Deposits

All deposits are non-refundable.

Refunds

There is no refund if you cancel your registration 14 days or less before the workshop start date. The amount paid to secure your registration can be transferred to another workshop, program, or service offered by the Instructors of Tucson Massage CE Institute. It may not be used for CE workshops offered by Visiting Providers. The amount may also be transferred to another individual with approval by an officer of Tucson Massage CE Institute. Credit must be used within 1 year of cancellation or any remaining amount will be forfeited.

Suppose registration in a workshop is canceled 14 days or more before the workshop date. In that case, the registration amount less the deposit amount, and a $50.00 administrative fee, per workshop, will be refunded within 30 days of your cancellation.

To cancel your registration in one of our CE workshops, please call the school at 520-771-5697. Email cancellations are not accepted.

All refunds will be made by check regardless of the original payment method.

Other Cancellations

Should the event or program attendance not meet the minimum capacity required to adequately and effectively facilitate and instruct the event or program, or the event is canceled due to existing or pending natural causes that may affect the safety of the participants or jeopardize appropriate facilitation of the event or program, or medical emergency, 100% of the registration amount including deposit amount can be transferred to another workshop, program or service offered by Tucson Massage CE Institute. The amount may also be transferred to another individual with approval by an officer of Tucson Massage CE Institute. Credit must be used within 1 year of cancellation or any remaining amount will be forfeited.

No Call/No Show

Should you not call/not show up on the day of your scheduled CE workshop, no refund or transfer of the registration fee will be offered.

All Residential Type Training & Retreats

$500 Non-Refundable Deposit

If you need to cancel 61-90 days before the retreat, you can receive a refund of 50% of your deposit as credit towards another program or service offered by Tucson Massage CE Institute. Credit must be used within 1 year of cancellation.

If you cancel 60 days or less before the retreat, you are not eligible for a refund or credit.

Please understand that most expenses to organize a retreat are due as much as 60 days in advance. After this deadline of 60 days, we cannot issue a refund or transfer your payment to another program.
